Cancellation Policy

1. Before Order Processing / Dispatch

• You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped or processed.
• Send a request to us via email or contact number with your order ID.
• Once cancellation is accepted, we will refund your amount (see Refund Policy below).

2. After Order Dispatched / Processed

• Once your order has been shipped / dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• You may reject delivery (if permissible) or return the product after receipt (subject to our Return / Refund Policy).

3. Exceptions / Non-cancellable orders

• Some orders (customized products, perishable goods, final sale items) may not be cancellable.
• We will clearly state non-cancellable items at checkout.

4. How to Cancel

• Contact us via email / phone with your order number, reason, and contact details.
• We will confirm whether the cancellation is accepted.
