1. Eligibility
- Refunds / returns are valid only for products purchased directly from our website (not via resellers).
- Products must be returned within [X] days (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days — you decide) of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags / seals intact (unless the fault is ours).
- Proof of purchase / invoice required.
2. Non-refundable / Non-returnable items
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Perishable goods, custom / personalized items
- Products showing wear, damage not due to our fault
3. Refund process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of acceptance/rejection.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund via the original payment method (or another if agreed).
- Refund timeline: 5–7 working days (typical for Razorpay)
- Some modes (cards, net banking, UPI, wallets) may have different processing times.
4. Who bears return shipping cost
- If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will reimburse or bear the cost.
- Otherwise, you (customer) bear return shipping cost.
5. Refund amounts
- We may deduct restocking fees (if applicable), shipping charges, or handling costs (if disclosed).
- If part of the order is accepted, refund corresponds to that portion.
6. Partial Refunds / Replacements
- In some cases (item partially defective) we may offer partial refund or replacement.
7. When Refund Is Not Possible
- If the product fails eligibility (used, damaged by you, past the return window).
