• In certain cases, refunds by Razorpay can take 5-7 working days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur.
• Once the product is in your possession (or handed to courier), risk passes to you.

6. Cancellation & Returns

• Any returns must be shipped according to our instructions.
• If returned items do not comply with conditions, we may refuse refund or return items to you.
